Environmental Manager
This newly created position focuses heavily on
Environmental Compliance. The position
requires a candidate with strong

RESPONSIBILITIES
include providing technical and development support in the following
areas:

Assist Environmental and Safety departments with various duties to
maintain compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations;

Conduct routine chemical inventory audits and perform other functions.
·
Assist in the performance of internal health & safety inspections, environmental
compliance auditing;
·
Technical report preparation and review;
·
Complete regulatory compliance documentation and maintain records;
·
Training program development and delivery;
·
Practice and demonstrate awareness of all safety guidelines and standards;
·
Air and water-related permitting; and
·
Hazardous materials management
QUALIFICATIONS
·
40 hour OSHA training.
·
Strong communication and project management
skill.
·
Ability to read and follow existing SOP's and
create new SOPs as needed.
·
Strong computer skills (spreadsheets, word processing, databases, etc.),
report preparation and writing.
·
Ability to work independently, with minimal
supervision, or in a team environment.
·
Establish effective, professional working relationships with various
levels of personnel and agencies.
·
Experience with drilling, soil, water
sampling and projects involving petroleum products and solvents.
